- Now put a wok on fire by adding oil in it and firstly roast semolina until it becomes pink in color, take it out and then fry one by one some peanuts,then urad dal and chana dal together.
- After this add curry leaves, onion, tomato, green chillies in it.stir well and roast until onion become translucent.
- Now add all masala' s with peanuts together and give a quick stir.
- After that add 4 cups water in it and give a nice boil.
- Now add roasted semolina slowly and stir continuously.it become thick.
- After turn off the flame add lemon juice it give a nice flavour to your dish.
- Better to serve hot.
